The unexpected holiday event runs from November 25 through December 22, providing no-cost additional story content for Shadows players.

According to the formal release, "An unusual confrontation leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh adventure, where rumors of banned rituals and terrifying transformations resonate through the shadows." The storyline presents a "oddly dressed woman named Ada" who charges the characters with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a hidden group.

The adventure focuses on "peculiar trials and a monstrous enemy" and is accessible to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Settings and Changes

The teaser features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser concludes with a powerful moment showing a character, probably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
